___ cup packed spinach
_ asparagus spears, halved
_ carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
_ stalk celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
Alternate adding the spinach, asparagus, carrots, and celery to the juicer, and process until Pour the juice into a glass and garnish Scallion Flower (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
