Alternate adding half the carrots, celery, and red pepper to the juicer, then the tomatoes, cucumber, and lime, followed by the remaining ingredients process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish with a Scallion Flower (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
