Spinach and Strawberries with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 pound spinach, washed and torn
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup pecan halves

Directions:

Put vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard, and onion in blender. Blend slowly. Add oil. When thick, add poppy seeds. Just before serving, toss spinach, strawberries, and pecans with dressing.
