Caesar Salad

Ingredients

2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can anchovies
1 croutons

DRESSING:
1 coddled egg (boiled 1 1/2 minutes)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup salad oil
1 juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large salad bowl, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients for dressing, beat well and pour over salad. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss. Add cut-up anchovies and croutons, and toss again lightly. Serve immediately.
