Seafoam Salad

Ingredients

1 large can pear, drained, juice reserved
1 package lime-flavored gelatin
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 small bottle maraschino cherry, drained

Directions:

Heat 1 cup of pear juice. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Mash drained pears with fork. Soften cream cheese with a little pear juice. Add mashed pears and cheese to gelatin; cool. Fold in whipped cream and cup of cherries. Mold as desired and chill until firm.
