In a large mixing bowl, stir together beans, cheese, turkey and salsa. Brush one side of tortillas with butter. Place buttered side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling on half of each tortilla fold in half. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through let cool for 5 minutes. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges. Garnish with sour cream and salsa.
