4 SANDWICHES PREP: 15 MIN
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 slices multigrain bread
1/2 pound sliced cooked deli turkey
4 slices (1 ounce each) havarti or muenster cheese
16 thin slices cucumbers
4 lettuce leaves
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
2. Top 4 bread slices with turkey, cheese, cucumber and lettuce. Top with remaining bread. Serve immediately, or wrap securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours to grab 'n go.
