1 (4-ounce) container herb and garlic spreadable cheese
4 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)
8 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
4 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1. Spread herb-and-garlic spreadable cheese over each tortilla. Top with turkey, cheese and lettuce to within 1 inch of edge.
2. Roll up tortillas tightly. Serve immediately, or wrap securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours to grab 'n go.

Have the kids color or decorate the outside of brown or white lunch bags while you make sandwiches. Pack dinner in the bag they've prepared, and take it along to eat on the way to soccer practice or piano lessons. Remember to bring along drinks.
