1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease with olive oil or margarine.
2. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, vermouth, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, paprika, and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
3. In the baking dish, arrange the shrimp, cut side up. Mound the filling equally among all the shrimp, pressing to compact filling.
4. Bake the shrimp for 7 to 8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
5. Transfer the shrimp to a platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
