Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) can or fresh crabmeat, rinsed, drained, and flaked
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon paprika
8 ounces low-fat cream cheese (1 cup)
1 tablespoon fat-free milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
assorted cracker

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly.

2. Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.
