Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 (15-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cups finely ground bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a blender or food processor, puree the first five ingredients for 30 seconds. Pour the puree into a large bowl stir in the cheese, bread crumbs, and herbs. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish.

2. Cover the dip and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
