Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained (reserve a little liquid)
3 to 6 cloves garlic
lemon juice from 1 lemon
lime juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding chickpea liquid if necessary to blend. Refrigerate. Serve with crunchy vegetables, crackers, or pita bread.
