Rolled Oats Crackers


Serves: 30

Ingredients

3 cups uncooked rolled oats
2 cups unbleached flour
1 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup corn oil
1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients and press into 2 large cookie sheets that have been coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Press dough as thin as you can, pushing from the center to make the dough around the edges as thick as in the center.

2. Mark into squares or diamonds. Sprinkle very lightly with salt if you wish, but we like them plain.

3. Bake in 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Cool and store in airtight container.
