1 recipe Pizza Dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 slices Canadian bacon, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple packed in water, drained
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

3. Bake 8 minutes, then sprinkle with the pineapple and cheese. Bake until the cheese melts and the crust is browned, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
