8 ounces potatoes
1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped chives, thyme, rosemary, or scallions

Directions:

Start by baking an 8-oz potato for about 50-60 minutes in a 350°F oven. Spruce up the potato with low-fat sour cream and with 1 tsp chopped chives, thyme, rosemary, or scallions.
