1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Coat a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange fish in pan. In a small bowl, combine almonds, margarine, lemon juice, Worcester shire, and paprika. Top filets with equal amounts of the almond mixture.
3. Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish is opaque in center. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
