Turnips. Peas, and Carrots


Serves: 6

Ingredients

Directions:

* Cook three medium pared and diced turnips in boiling, salted water until tender. Cook one package frozen mixed peas and carrots. Drain, then add to cooked, drained turnips. Add two tablespoons butter, and salt and pepper to taste.
