Prepare all vegetables set aside. Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces fry quickly in hot skillet until barely crisp. Immediately add all vegetables sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until barely tender, 4 or 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Note: If desired, 2 tablespoons oil may be used in place of bacon.
