Dry trimmed and washed spinach leaves. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add greens and toss to coat. Add lemon juice and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until greens are limp, 3 to 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
