_ cups water
_ tablespoon chicken bouillon
___ cup egg noodles uncooked fine
___ cup carrots thinly sliced
___ teaspoon ginger root minced fresh
___ cup spinach torn leaves
_ tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
___ cup frozen shrimp tiny (optional)
In a medium saucepan, place water and bouillon granules. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add noodles, carrot, and gingerroot. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles and carrots are barely tender.
Add spinach, green onion, and optional shrimp. Increase heat to medium-high. Bring to a boil and boil 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is tender.
