1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour

1 cup almonds slivered
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter real
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon flour
Heat oven to 350° F. Cream butter and sugar together; blend in flour until well-mixed. Press dough into small 1 1/2 - to 2-inch fluted or plain molds. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Prepare the following filling.
Filling:
*Combine almonds, sugar, butter, heavy cream, and flour in small saucepan. Bring to boil while stirring. Remove from heat and spoon into little molds. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until slightly browned. Let stand a few minutes; remove from molds using the tip of a sharp knife.
