	Chocolate Rocks

Serves: 5

   1 cup sugar
   1/2 cup butter real
   1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa sifted
   1/2 cup milk
   1/2 teaspoon baking soda
   1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
   1 teaspoon water
   1 3/4 cups flour
   * Part two.
   2 cups powdered sugar
   1 tablespoon butter real
   1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa sifted
   1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
   2 to 3 tablespoons water

Heat oven to 350° F. In medium bowl, cream together sugar, butter, and cocoa. Beat in remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cookies are set. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool and prepare the following frosting.

Frosting:
*Combine all frosting ingredients, blending until smooth. Frost cooled cookies.
