Chicken Cheddar Crepes |

Filling:
4 boneless chicken breast, , diced, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cashew nuts
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Crepes
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Crepes:
1. Beat ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter into greased non-stick 7 or 8 inch pan.
2. Rotate until batter has covered bottom (or until brown).
Filling:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and add into center of crepe.
2. Roll up like a tortilla.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
