Ingredients

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (8-ounce) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk

Directions:

Blend together cream cheese and sugar; add egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Set aside. Layer one tube of crescent rolls in the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan; press together. Spread cream cheese mixture over top; layer remaining rolls on top of cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden. Let cool. Mix together powdered sugar and milk to a thin consistency; drizzle over top. Cut into slices to serve.

Tip: Keep a tin of pumpkin pie spice handy…it's a combination of cinnamon, ginger, allspice and nutmeg that's perfect for spicing up sweet breakfast treats and baked goods.
