No-Bake Fruitcake

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package marshmallows
3/4 cup evaporated milk
6 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (16-ounce) package walnuts
1 (16-ounce) package pecans
1 (16-ounce) package candied fruit, chopped
1 (16-ounce) package raisins

Directions:

Combine marshmallows and milk in a double boiler; heat over hot water until marshmallows melt. Stir to blend and remove from heat. Add crumbs, nuts, candied fruit and raisins; stir well to blend. Line a 6"x3-3/4" or 8"x4" loaf pan with plastic wrap. Spoon fruit mixture into pan. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. To serve, invert pan, remove plastic wrap and slice.
