Eggnog Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup eggnog
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Directions:

Blend together butter and shortening using an electric mixer on medium speed. Gradually add sugar; beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Use a spoon to stir in flour alternately with eggnog. Blend in extracts and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours; cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
