In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium-high and beat 5 additional minutes. Stir in chocolate chips; pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 30 minutes. Turn cake out onto a cake stand to cool completely. Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate frosting or dust with powdered sugar.
