FOOD for THOUGHT
Jump-start your day by eating breakfast. Studies show that people who eat breakfast get a head start on their daily nutrition goals and are better prepared to face the challenges of the day.

"I like this recipe because it uses so many of the yummy foods I keep in my kitchen. Once I crushed the graham crackers, it went together in no time. I baked this bread and kept it on hand for any time that I was even a little bit hungry. It freezes very well!" -Theresa H.
