Pineapple-Lemon Frost


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 can (6-ounce) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 pint lemon sorbet
mint leaves, if desired

Directions:

Place pineapple juice and lemon sorbet in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
