Granola Candy

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat granola cereal
1/2 cup multigrain puffed cereal
2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries, if desired
1/2 cup , miniature marshmallow
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Directions:

1. Mix granola, puffed cereal and raisins in medium bowl. Heat remaining ingredients in small nonstick saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Immediately pour marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture stir until coated.
2. With wet hands, divide into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes.

Fill a picnic basket with an easy sandwich like Peppercorn Beef Pitas (On-the-Go Favorites) a chilled veggie salad like Marinated Broccoli and Carrot Salad (On the Sidelines) and these chewy granola treats. Just tote along a thermos of lemonade and you're good to go!
