Cran-Apple Crisp

Ingredients

2 baking apples, cored and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
4 gingersnaps, crushed

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375°. Spray 1-quart casserole with cooking spray.
2. Place apples in dish sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly sprinkle over apples. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
