Apple Crisp

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sliced tart apples
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
vanilla or cinnamon ice cream, if desired

Directions:

1. Spread apple slices in 24-ounce casserole. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly sprinkle over apple slices.
2. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until apples are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
