Honey Lime Fruit Salad


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon poppy seed
2 cups cut-up fresh fruit ( apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, or pears )

Directions:

1. Mix lime juice, honey, cornstarch and poppy seed in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until mixture thickens and boils, 30 to 40 seconds. Cool slightly.
2. Pour sauce over fruit in bowl toss until fruit is glazed.
