Fruit Trifle

Ingredients

2 slices plain pound cake or 2 plain cupcakes
1 tablespoon currant jelly
6 strawberries
1 kiwi fruit
1/4 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

1. Cut cupcakes into 1/2-inch cubes divide between two 6-ounce custard cups. Place jelly in another 6-ounce custard cup and microwave uncovered on High (100%) until melted, 20 to 30 seconds spoon over cake.
2. Slice 4 strawberries peel and slice kiwifruit. Arrange sliced fruit on cake spread with whipped topping. Garnish trifles with remaining strawberries.
