Asparagus Parmesan

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups frozen cut asparagus spears
6 mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook asparagus as directed on package-except add mushrooms during last minute of cooking drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
