1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix or reduced fat bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400°. Spray bottom and side of pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches, with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken, bacon and cheese in pie plate.
2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Get a head start on your dinner by cooking the bacon, cutting up the chicken and shredding the cheese the night before. Enjoy an easy one-dish meal by topping the pie with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes. For dessert, serve fruit-yogurt smoothies.
