White Fudge


Serves: 32
Total Calories: 125

Ingredients

2 2/3 cups white sugar
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon white karo corn syrup
1 1/3 cups whipping cream

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a heavy pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Put a lid on and steam well to remove any crystals. Cook to 220°F and pour onto marble slab. When cooked, knead with a spatula until thick. Mold into rolls chill and cut
