Ingredients

1 1/2 cups whipping cream
3 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
4 cups sugar
nuts

Directions:

Heat whipping cream in pan. Add baking chocolate and cook until thick. Add sugar gradually, stirring constantly. Put lid on for 1 minute when this mixture boils to dissolve any crystals. Take lid off and cook to 218°F. Pour onto marble slab and leave until cool. Beat until firm and add nuts. Mold into rolls chill and slice.
