Crispy Popcorn

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup white karo corn syrup
1 1/2 cups raw peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cube butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
popped popcorn

Directions:

Mix sugar, brown sugar, water, and syrup cook to 240°F. Add raw peanuts cook to 290°F. Add salt cook to 300°F. Remove from heat add butter, soda and vanilla. Pour over popped popcorn.
