1 (3-ounce) package strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
4 cups cold milk, divided
2 pints strawberry ice cream, divided
Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Set aside 1/2 cup of jello mixture. Add cold milk and ice cream to blender. Blend until smooth; pour into serving glasses. Repeat using remaining 1/2 cup reserved gelatin mixture.
