2 (16-ounce) cans grapefruit segments, undrained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 cup sugar
1 small jar maraschino cherry
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Lemon-lime soda

Blend grapefruit, mandarin oranges, and sugar for 30 seconds. Chop maraschino cherries; add cherries and pineapple. Freeze mixture. When ready to serve, chop and put into serving cups. Pour soda over mixture. Top with sherbet scoops.
