3 cups fresh rhubarb, cut in pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
3 cups water
Lemon-lime soda
Bring rhubarb, sugar, pink lemonade, and water to a boil in saucepan. Simmer about 10 minutes or until rhubarb is soft; strain and cool. When ready to serve, pour mixture over ice cubes. Add lemon-lime carbonated beverage.
