1 package dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 1/4 cups semolina flour
1 teaspoon salt
Combine dry yeast, sugar, warm water, sifted flour, semolina flour, and salt; mix in a food processor until dough forms a ball. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down; roll out. Add topping and bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is brown and crisp.
