1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
2 tablespoons chopped red bell peppers
1 cup cooked ham, chopped
4 eggs
Cook butter, onion, green pepper and red pepper together in skillet until tender. Add cooked ham and stir until heated. Beat well and add eggs. Reduce heat and cook until mixture is set; cut into 4 pieces with spatula; turn and cook other side. Serve with toast.
