6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup chopped, cooked ham
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
Toast or English muffin
Sauté green pepper, onion, in butter. Add eggs, ham, milk, salt, and pepper; cook slowly until eggs begin to set. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Spread on toast or English muffin.
