2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Rye bread
Roast beef
Lettuce
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper together. Spread on rye bread. Slice roast beef and put on bread. Add lettuce.
