1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2-3 tablespoons butter, sauté in pot until tender
Add:
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup picante sauce
Dash cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt & pepper
3 shredded chicken breasts (cooked)
Cook until smooth. Crush chips in bowl--pour soup over top with sour cream, avocado, cheese, green onions, chopped tomatoes, etc.
