2 15 1/2-ounce cans pinto beans
1 30-ounce can kidney beans
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package chili seasoning
2 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 cups water
1 24-ounce bag corn chips
Brown hamburger with onions, add garlic when almost brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high until boiling, reduce heat, and simmer (the longer the better).
