Hot German Potato Salad

LOW FAT/LOW CHOLESTEROL/LOW CALORIE

   _ 1/4 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
   ___ cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
   _ tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
   _ tablespoon finely chopped onions
   ___ teaspoon salt
   ___ teaspoon pepper
   _ tablespoon bacon bits
   _ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray 1 ½-quart casserole with cooking spray. Layer potato slices in casserole. Mix dressing, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
2. Cover and bake about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Gently stir before serving. Sprinkle with parsley.
