Pineapple, Orange, and Cherry Blossom |

The attractiveness of this impressive garnish belies its simplicity. It is also a delicious taste treat after the juice has been savored.
2 stemless maraschino cherries
2 oranges slices, each with skin and cut 1/4-inch thick
2 wedges of fresh pineapples, each with skin and cut 1/4-inch thick
4 fresh pineapples leaves, about 2 1/2 inches long
2 (6-inch) wooden skewers
Thread a cherry on a skewer, almost to the middle. Add the slice of orange by pushing the skewer through the middle of the orange, followed by the pineapple wedge, and finally by the two pineapple leaves. Repeat with the remaining skewer.
